Miracle Home Program

RE/MAX leads the way in real estate and fundraising for Children's Miracle Network having raised over $52 million in Canada, bringing their international total to a landmark of $125 million.

Children's Miracle Network and their member hospitals appreciate all the wonderful fundraising that RE/MAX has achieved; helping more than 2.6 million children each year receive quality care from children's hospitals across Canada.

The RE/MAX Miracle Home Program allows our real estate professionals the opportunity to make a donation to Children's Miracle Network on behalf of each home sold. At RE/MAX, we believe the difference we make when we help others in our community benefits us all.

We are proud of our 22 year partnership with Children's Miracle Network. RE/MAX has designated August of each year to be the RE/MAX Month of Miracles. During the Month of Miracles consumers and agents alike will become familiar with the community contributions that RE/MAX makes through the Miracle Home Program. Over the past 20 years, RE/MAX agents have donated more than $52 million to their local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The connection between RE/MAX agents and their clients has helped to care for over 2.6 million children that will walk through the doors of a children's hospital each year.  By choosing a RE/MAX agent that is part of the Miracle Home Program you are helping make miracles happen in the life of a child.

Home for a Cure

RE/MAX members contribute to the Foundation as volunteers and fundraisers through Home for a Cure, Yard Sale for the Cure, Run for the Cure, and many other RE/MAX organized fundraising events. All funds raised by RE/MAX are directed to primary prevention research, which aims to stop breast cancer before it starts. Primary prevention research carries some of the greatest potential for exciting new discoveries and widespread impact.

RE/MAX Agents take an active role in creating a future without breast cancer through the RE/MAX "Home for a Cure" program. Home for a Cure enables RE/MAX Agents to make a donation from the sale of each home directly to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

RE/MAX members are proud to support "Yard Sale for the Cure". This one day yard sale is held on the last Saturday of every May across the country to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. In real estate, it’s often said that you only have one chance to make a good first impression. There is no truer adage when it comes to selling your home. A well maintained and clutter-free home will sell more quickly and for a higher price than a similar home that is not as inviting. “Yard Sale for the Cure” provides homeowners with an excellent opportunity to unload items no longer in use, while simultaneously raising much-needed funds for Breast Cancer Research.

RE/MAX Agents give additional support during the annual Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation Run for the Cure. RE/MAX members participate in this inspirational run/walk event in many communities across the country.
